Our buyers hand select all of our premium aged
natural beef from America’s Heartland, Minneapolis,
Minnesota since 1934.  Every steak is individually
vacuum sealed for guaranteed freshness. 

All of our products are steakhouse quality, and
restaurant trimmed for portion control.  This means
your meals are a better value than what you will find
in most grocery stores because they have less fat and more edible portions. 
All of our products are flash frozen.  Most grocers receive their beef frozen, shipped in sides or whole, thawed, cut and repackaged to finally be placed out as “fresh meat”.  Our products are sealed for freshness at our supplier’s packaging plant in Minnesota, and we receive 2 fresh shipments weekly.

Our suppliers use only natural preservatives (salt, water, bromelin & ficin  – a natural tenderizer derived from figs and pineapple) to maintain a high standard product, and still offer consistent guaranteed freshness and tenderness.

Our Steak 6 pack is superior to other competitors based on the fact that you get more for your money.  Why do we deliver in such big quantities?  It is simple.  When we buy in bulk we save money, and pass those savings on to the consumer.  I encourage all of our customers to shop around, and ask themselves…..How much am I paying per serving?  What type of steak am I buying?  What Grade am I buying (Select, Choice, or Prime)?  Do I even know where these steaks come from?  More importantly, Do I truly enjoy the steaks I am currently feeding my family?

Basic Guidelines for Cooking Steaks
Prepare the cooking surface so that it is hot: Broil, Pan Fry, Grill or Bake
Remove the Steaks from the freezer and place them directly on the cooking surface-
Seal in the Flavor-
Cook your Steaks from Frozen
Sear the steak on one side for 2-3 minutes. Then flip the steak over for an additional 2- 3 minutes
Lower the heat & Cook to your desire! Rare, Medium Rare, Medium, Medium Well, or Well
